1. Filing a Madrid application
   • First, you need to make sure that your mark has already been filed or registered in Thailand.
   • Second, the lists of goods/services to be protected abroad must be the same as those protected in Thailand.
2. Answer and defend the Office Action
   • Make sure that you contact us within the limit for responding to DIP’s Office Action.
   • Send us a copy of the Office Action.
   • Appoint us to be your local representative to act on your behalf.
